Res Publica Construction Resources is an owner-side construction management and owner’s representation firm supporting public and private sector projects. The firm provides CM-as-Agent services including preconstruction planning, cost estimating and budget control, schedule management, procurement support, construction phase oversight, pay application and change order review, risk and compliance tracking, and project closeout coordination.

Preconstruction Planning & Project Controls
Our preconstruction planning services establish a clear foundation for project success through cost estimating, budget validation, schedule development, and early risk identification. This phase is focused on aligning scope, cost, and schedule before construction begins.
Cost Estimating & Budget Validation - Preparation and review of cost estimates, budget reconciliation, escalation analysis, and alignment of scope to available funding.
Schedule Development & Phasing - Development and review of baseline schedules, milestone planning, phasing strategies, and coordination with design and procurement timelines.
Procurement Support - Support for RFQs and RFPs, bid strategy coordination, bidder outreach, evaluation assistance, and procurement documentation.
Risk & Compliance Planning - Early identification of project risks, coordination of compliance requirements, and development of mitigation strategies prior to construction.
Project Controls Setup - Establishment of cost, schedule, reporting, and change management controls to support transparency and informed owner decision-making throughout the project.
Closeout Planning & Documentation Readiness - Early closeout planning to support efficient project turnover, documentation tracking, and final cost reconciliation at project completion.
